摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application of mindfulness meditation training combined with intermittent aerobic exercise in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods From December 2016 to May 2018, 84 elderly patients with CHD were enrolled in our hospital, according to the order of admission, the patients were divided into routine group and combined group, 42 cases in each group. The regular group was received routine rehabilitation training. The combined group was received the mindfulness meditation training combined with intermittent aerobic exercise on the basis of the regular group. Cardiopulmonary function before and after intervention in two groups (Left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF], peak power [PP], peak oxygen uptake [VO2peak], exercise duration [ED], anaerobic threshold [AT]), quality of life (SAQ score)were compared. Results The levels of AT, ED, VO2peak, PP and LVEF in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). The SAQ score of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness meditation training combined with intermittent aerobic exercise can improve cardiopulmonary function and improve quality of life after PCI in elderly patients with CHD.关键词
