Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of predictive nursing intervention in acute appendicitis surgery. Methods A total of 94 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent surgery in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the random number table method, these patients were divided into two groups, 47 cases in each group. The control group was received routine perioperative nursing only, and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention based on nursing to the control group. The postoperative rehabilitation effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation duration, time for the first anal exhaust, time for first postoperative off-bed activities and length of hospital stay in the observation group were Shorter than those in the control group. and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After operation, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than those before operation, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients after surgery for acute appendicitis, predictive nursing intervention can help improve their postoperative rehabilitation, and reduce the incidence of complications and improve their prognosis.关键词
