Abstract
Objective To explored the effect of individualized nursing in the nursing of patients with thyroid surgery. Methods According to the time period, 105 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were divided into observation group(n=50) and control groups (n=55). The observation group was received individualized nursing and the control group was received routine nursing. The negative emotions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. The results of the nursing program were evaluated by scoring the results of the complications and the patient's satisfaction with the care. Results After nursing, the observation group anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) score, depression self-rating scale (SDS) score and the total incidence of complication were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the patients was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of individualized nursing in thyroid surgery nursing is better than that of conventional nursing. The patients' bad mood is better relieved and the complications are well controlled.关键词
