Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of individualized nursing and health education for varicose veins of lower extremity after the operation, and to provide theoretical basis for improving the postoperative nursing practice. Methods 56 patients undergoing varicose vein surgery were selected from November 2017 to August 2018 in our department were selected as the object of study. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 28 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were provided with routine nursing and health education after surgery. In the observation group, patients were treated with individualized nursing and health education on the basis of the control group. The clinical effectiveness of the two nursing and educational methods was evaluated. Results The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (100.0％ vs. 75.0％, P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group significantly increased compared with the control group (100.0％ vs.78.6％, P<0.05). Meanwhile, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.2％ vs. 53.6％, P<0.01). Conclusion The application of individualized nursing and health education can benefit postoperative patients with varicose veins, which is worthy of recommendation.关键词
