心理康复干预对提高精神分裂症治疗依从性的影响
Effect of psychological intervention on the compliance of improving the patients with schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on the compliance of improving the patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80patients with schizophrenia from our hospital receiving in Jan.2017to Oct.2017, were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures, with40 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given psychological intervention.We compared the anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) score and medication compliance before and after intervention in the two groups of patients.Results:After the intervention, the anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and the depression self-rating scale (SDS) scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (t=-12.05, -10.81;P<0.05);After the intervention, medication adherence in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (χ2=9.800;P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological rehabilitation intervention can improve anxiety and depression in patients with schizophrenia, thus improving the compliance of drug therapy.关键词
