Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between social support, coping style and quality of life in patients with mental disorders due to alcohol.Methods:A total of 200patients with alcohol induced mental disorders treated in our hospital from January 2012to December 2017were selected as the observation group, 102healthy people selected as control group at the same period.The social support rating scale, the SF-36quality of life scale and the medical coping questionnaire were used to investigate the mental disorders and physical examination of the patients with alcohol.Results: (1) In observation group, the score of subjective support and support availability and total score were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (t=7.651, 5.842, 11.731;P<0.01), and the observation group objective support score was higher than that of the control group (t=8.243, P<0.001); (2) Two groups of somatic pain scores were not significantly different;Two groups had statistical significance of general health, physiological function, mental health, social function, emotional function score difference, respectively (t=9.642, 10.057, 11.570, 8.671, 11.975, P<0.01); (3) The scores of face and yield were significantly different between the two groups, with statistically significant difference (t=12.843, 15.975;P<0.01), and avoidance scores had no significant difference between the two groups; (4) Subjective support, objective support, support utilization, avoidance were positively correlated with quality of life (r=0.4160.493;P<0.05), and negative correlated between yield and quality of life (r=-0.416, P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of patients with mental disorders due to alcohol is low, which is mainly related to the coping style of patients with alcohol induced mental disorders and low social support.关键词
