Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of schizophrenia with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients with schizophrenia complicated with OCD treated in our hospital from March 2013to March 2016 were selected as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 36cases in each group. The control group were given antipsychotic treatment and were treated with fluoxetine, and on the basis, the observation group were given high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. The serotonin, proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy, event-related potential P300, psychiatric symptoms, OCD symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After 4weeks of treatment, the frontal N-acetylaspartate (NAA) /creatine (Cr), N1amplitude and P3amplitude in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=2.436, 3.201, 4.774;P<0.05).After 4weeks of treatment, the total scores of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and The Dimensional Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (DY-BOCS) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=7.236, 3.721;P<0.01).Conclusion:High-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve the excitability of cerebral cortex, and its combination with fluoxetine can effectively relieve the symptoms of schizophrenia and OCD.关键词
