Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of psychological intervention in the psychological intervention of the family members of inpatients.Methods:In our hospital in August 20152017 May, 150 cases of accompanying patients hospitalized were seleeted as the object of study;according to the patient admission order, they were divided into the control group and observation group, 75 cases in each.The control group was given basic care such as hospitalization, and the observation group was given psychological intervention in clinical psychology on the basis of the control group.The self-Rating Scale (SDS) and self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were used to investigate the psychological changes of the family members of the patients.After 1months intervention, the questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction degree of the family members.Results:After 1months intervention, the observation group patients had lower SAS, SDS scores than the control group (t=6.943, 5.132;P<0.01);The observation group'nursing satisfaction was compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.365, P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention of psychological department is helpful to improve the mental status of family members of inpatients, eliminate negative emotion and improve the quality of clinical nursing.关键词
