腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤患者心理弹性与希望水平和应对方式的相关性
Correlative analysis of psychological resilience, hope level and coping style in patients with benign parotid superficial lobe tumors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of psychological resilience, hope level and coping style in patients with benign parotid superficial lobe tumors.Methods:A total of 80 cases of benign parotid superficial lobe tumors (study group) treated in our hospital from Jan 2013to Jan 2017and 89healthy individuals (control group) were selected and investigated by the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Herth Hope Scale, and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ).Results: (1) The scores of CD-RISC and the items including tenacity, selfstrength, optimism of the control group were higher than those of the control group (t=3.138, 3.294, 5.451, 6.469;P<0.001); (2) The scores of coping style and hope level including the dimensions of positive coping styles, positive actions, positive attitudes towards reality and the future, and maintaining close relationships with others in the control group were higher than those of the study group (t=12.519, 6.473, 12.264, 17.829;P<0.001), and negative coping styles in the control group was lower than that of the study group (t=-14.511, P<0.001); (3) The scores of psychological resilience in study group were negatively correlated with the negative coping styles (r=-0.625, P<0.05), while the hoping level was positively correlated with the total scores and each dimensions of the psychological resilience and positive coping style (r=0.2870.876;P<0.05).Conclusion:The coping style of the patients with benign parotid superficial lobe tumors should be changed to strengthen the psychological resilience and hope level, which possess a certain impact for the treatment and survival of patients.关键词
