摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of solution focused brief therapy (SFBT) on anxiety and depression of patients after total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods:A total of 86 patients who were treated with total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 43 patients in each group. The patients in control group were given routine intervention, and the patients in observation group were given solution focused brief therapy on the basis of routine intervention. The situation of anxiety and depression, quality of life, function and range of motion of knee joint in two groups were observed before the operation (before intervention) and 3moths after the poeration (after intervention). Results:Before intervention the scores of zung-self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) showed no significant changes between the two groups (P>0.05), and after intervention the scores of SAS and SDS in study group were lower than control group significantly, the difference was statistically significant (t=-13.995, -27.526;P<0.001);before intervention the scores of physiological function, social function, physiological role, emotional role, body pain, Vitality, general health and mental health in short form 36health survey questionaire (SF-36) showed no significant changes between the two groups (P>0.05), and after intervention the scores in the study group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=4.992, 5.500, 8.533, 6.966, 5.433, 6.140, 5.052, 7.229;P<0.001);before intervention the knee society scores (KSS), passive knee flexion (PFL) and active knee flexion (AFL) showed no significant changes between the two groups (P>0.05), the KSS in study group were higher than that in the control group after intervention, and PFL and AFL in study group were bigger than that in the control group after intervention, these differences were statistically significant (t=2.736, 4.134, 3.153;P<0.01).Conclusion:SFBT can reduce the anxiety and depression, improve the quality of life, function and range of motion of knee joint in patients after total knee arthroplasty. The effect is better than using routine intervention singly.关键词
