Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between symptoms distress and psychological resilience and coping style in hypertensive nephropathy patients.Methods:A total of 180 hypertensive nephropathy patients from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected for study.The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.The general information questionnaire, symptom disturbance scale (DSI), psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC) and medical coping scale (MCMQ) were used to investigate the patients'symptoms, psychological resilience and coping style.Results:The incidence of symptoms of hypertensive nephropathy was 24.44％-71.11％.The scores of psychological resilience and coping style of hypertensive nephropathy patients were lower than that of normotensive ones, and the scores of yield coping style were higher than those of normotensive ones.There was no difference between them.The remaining entries were statistically significant compared with norm (t=-19.437, -7.476, -11.371, -14.776, 12.868;P<0.01).With or without symptoms, the degree of disturbance and psychological resilience were negatively correlated with, coping style score (P<0.05), positively correlated with yield response (r=0.140, 0.250;P<0.05), but not correlated with avoidance coping style.Conclusion:Hypertensive nephropathy patients suffer from varying degrees of symptoms and should be treated more frequently with surrender.The more serious the disturbance, the worse the psychological resilience.Medical staff should actively guide patients to face coping styles, so as to relieve symptoms and increase the psychological resilience of patients.关键词
