Abstract
Objective:To study the influences of family-centered health education on isolate compliance and anxiety of patients of HFMD.Methods:A total of 103 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2017, According to the random number table, the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The children in the control group and their parents received routine health education.The children and parents in the observation group received the family-centered health education mode.After continuous intervention for 8weeks, the level of knowledge about the isolation of parents, the degree of anxiety and depression, the implementation rate of hygiene behavior and the symptom relief time of two groups were compared.Results:After intervention, the degree of understanding of parents'foot-and-mouth disease isolation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (Z=2.206, P<0.05), Self-rating Anxiety Scale score was lower than that of the control group (t=-15.236, P<0.05);Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) score was lower than that of the control group (t=-19.845, P<0.001).The remission time of fever was lower than that of the control group (t=33.848, P<0.001).The subsided time of the rash was lower than that of the control group (t=-28.354, P<0.001).The alleviation time of the ulcer was lower than that of the control group (t=-23.643, P<0.001).The hygiene habits of children and parents in the observation group was better than that of the control group (χ2=4.513, P<0.05).Mastering the seven-step hand-washing method was better in the observation group than that in the control group (Z=2.805, P<0.05) Conclusion:Family-centered health education can significantly improve the compliance of parents with hand-foot-mouth patients, reduce the degree of anxiety and depression, shorten the time to improve symptoms, prevent cross-infection and ensure children's health.关键词
