Abstract
Objective:To investigate mental status and influencing factors of young stroke patients.Methods:A total of 400 cases of young stroke in our hospital from December 2015to December 2017were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into mental health group and non mental health group by SCL-90symptom checklist 90results, and the influencing factors of mental health status of young stroke patients were screened.Results:In the 400young stroke patients in this study, a total of 198patients were judged to be psychologically unhealthy according to the score of the SCL-90symptom checklist.The total score of SCL-90and the scores of each item were all higher than those of the norm in 2006.The data difference was statistically significant (t=8.313, 4.524, 9.335, 6.275, 10.087, 12.071, 11.213, 4.188, 10.569, 10.505;P<0.05).Educational level, family function assessment scale and social support rating scale were independent factors influencing psychological problems in young stroke patients (OR=26.18, 1.532, 1.450, P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental health of young stroke patients is poor.Education level, family function and social support are the independent factors that cause psychological problems in young stroke patients.It is necessary for medical staff to pay special attention to the patients'intervention and promote their rehabilitation.关键词
