心理健康教育多元家庭治疗对精神分裂症患者社会及家庭功能的影响
The effect of mental health education diverse family therapy on social and family functioning in patients with schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of mental health education diverse family therapy on social and family functioning in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:From the national severe mental disorder information system, a total of 200 severe mental illness patients in Hengshui rural were randomly divided into research group and the control group, two groups of patients were given systematically antipsychotic drugs.The research group adopted the model of mental health education diverse family therapy (PMFG) , with the control group using conventional pattern of community management management intervention, Two groups of patients completed positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) , social function assessment scale (SSPI) and family functioning rating scale (FAD) before and after the intervention to evaluate mental symptoms, social and family function.Results:After the intervention, the PANSS score in the research group was lower than that of the control group (t=-15.416 P<0.01) ;Each dimension scores of the FAD were lower than those of the control group (t=-8.068, -8.155, -9.897, -8.611, -7.530, -10.572, -6.192;P<0.01) and the SSPI score in the research group was higher than that in the control group (t=3.302, P<0.01) .The team medication compliance was much better than the control group.The compliance of the research group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Mental health education diverse family therapy can improve rural schizophrenia patients medication compliance and patients' rehabilitation curative effect, improve the patients' social adaptation ability, enhance self-confidence, improve the function of society and family.关键词
