Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of doxepin and proton pump inhibitor (PPI) in the treatment of chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) .Methods:From April 2015 to June 2017, 92 patients with Hp-related chronic gastritis with depression in our hospital were selected as the study.The clinical and follow-up data of all patients were analyzed by retrospective analysis.According to the data in the treatment they were divided into control group and study group, each 46 cases.The control group was treated with PPI triple therapy (lansoprazole enteric-coated capsules+amoxicillin capsules+clarithromycin capsules) , and the study group was treated with doxepin on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment, the clinical efficacy, HP eradication rate, improvement of anxiety and depression were observed and compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Results:①The total clinical effective rate (95.65％) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.43％) .The difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.059, P<0.05) .② The study group's HP eradication rate (91.30％) was significantly higher than the control group (73.91％) , the difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.903, P<0.05) .③ SAS and SDA scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment (t=3.097, 6.235;P<0.01) .④The adverse drug reaction rate (10.87％) in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (32.61％) (χ2=6.389, P<0.05) .Conclusion:The combination therapy of doxepin and PPI has significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with Hp-associated chronic gastritis associated with depression, which can reduce anxiety and depression, significantly improve the eradication rate of HP and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
