Abstract
Objective:To analyze the adverse mood and health education management of patients with PICC catheter of tumor internal medicine.Methods:We selected the 100 patients with with PICC catheter from our hospital receiving in Oct.2016 to Oct.2017, divided them into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures, with 50 cases in each group;the control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given psychological intervention.We compare the anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) and patient satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention, the anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and the depression self-rating scale (SDS) score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=11.09, 12.81, P<0.05) ;The patient satisfaction was86.0％in the observation group and 54.0％ in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=12.19, P<0.05) .Conclusion:Health education management can improve the patients' anxiety and depression, and improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
