Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between subjective well-being and psychological capital and work stress of nurses in intensive care unit in a three grade a hospital, so as to provide basis for improving subjective well-being of nurses.Methods:We used convenience cluster sampling to select 126 nurses in intensive care unit in 5 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan.They completed the index of subjective well-being, nurses' work stress scale and psychological capital questionnaire.We used the SPSS17.0 package to analyze all the data.Results:In this study, the score of subjective well-being of nurses in intensive care unit was (8.85±2.61) scores, the total score of nurse pressure was (83.14±19.15) , psychological capital score was (58.30±15.47) .The subjective well-being of nurses in intensive care unit was negatively correlated with all dimensions of work pressure (r=-0.926, P<0.05) .There was a positive correlation between well-being and psychological capital dimensions (r=0.908, P<0.05) .ICU nurses' psychological capital was negatively correlated with work stress (r=-0.941, P<0.05) .Conclusion:The subjective well-being of nurses in ICU is closely related to psychological capital and working pressure.关键词
