摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of sandplay game therapy on mental state and suicidal ideation in patients with depression.Methods:Ninety-two and forty-eight women were selected from 2016to February 2017in our hospital.The patients were divided into experimental group and conventional group using random number table method.There were 46patients with depression in the experimental group and 46patients with depression in the conventional group.The conventional group was treated routinely, and patients in the test group received sand table games while undergoing routine treatment.Results:The scores of HAMD 24in experimental group after intervention were lower than those in the conventional group (t=-14.112, P＜0.001) ;The score of SIOSS was lower than that in the conventional group (t=-5.134, P＜0.001) ;After intervention, patients in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with their current life (91.30％) than those in the conventional group (60.87％) (χ2=11.709, P＜0.01) .Conclusion:Sandplay game therapy can reduce depression in patients with depression the suicidal ideation.关键词
