54例抑郁症患者的初始沙盘定性与定量分析
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the initial sandplay therapy of 54 patients with depression

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the characteristic of the initial sandplay therapy of patients with depression, to come up with new ideas about diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of depressive disorder.Methods:We used the sandplay therapy to treat the patients with depression who were hospitalization or outpatient service from February2017to December 2017in the Shenyang Anning Hospital after informed consent.Basic information by self-compiled population questionnaire, and assessed anxiety and depression levels by SDS, SAS and HADM were collected.Results:The themes of the initial sandplay of the patients were roughly consistent with their clinical symptoms.And the number and quantity of toys selected in the initial sandplay of patients were the richness of the operational variables.These variables were positive correlated with standard T scores of SAS, SDS and the total points of HAMD (r=0.392, 0.415, 0.439;P＜0.01) .These were contrary to the clinical description of these patients, including energy loss, weary and answer less.Conclusion:In the company of a psychotherapist, sandplay therapy provides a channel for the patients with depression to find, know and perfect themselves and to express their inner feelings.关键词
