心理干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖和情绪的影响

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on blood glucose control and emotion of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods:A total of 100elderly patients with diabetes from our hospital in Nov.2015to Oct.2017were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures, with 50cases in each group;the control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given psychological intervention.The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and blood glucose control in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention, the Hamilton anxiety scale score (HAMA) of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.229, P＜0.05) .The Hamilton depression scale score (HAMD) in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference t=4.286, P＜0.05) .After intervention, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose index were significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (t=3.320, 4.459;P＜0.05) .Conclusion:Psychological intervention can obviously control the blood glucose index of elderly patients with diabetes, while alleviating the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.关键词
