摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:110lung cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy from our hospital in Nov.2016to Oct.2017were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures, with 55cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given comprehensive intervention.We compared the anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) and life quality score of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention, the anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and the depression self-rating scale (SDS) score of the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=6.151, 8.918;P＜0.05) ;After the intervention, the physiological function, mental status, social function and general health score in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, (t=9.127, 6.008, 7.874, 4.708;P＜0.05) .Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation interventions for lung cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the patients'anxiety, depression and other negative emotions and improve their quality of life in the aspects of psychological, pain, complications, daily life and so on.关键词
