Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression and quality of life for patients with breast cancer root governing skill.Methods:A total of 140patients with breast cancer root governing skill from our hospital in Nov.2015to Oct.2017were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures, with 70cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given psychological intervention.We compared the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale (HA-MA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and life quality score of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention, the Hamilton anxiety scale score (HAMA) of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.654, P<0.05) .The Hamilton depression scale score (HAMD) in the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with statistically significant difference (t=4.314, P<0.05) .After the intervention, the physiological function, mental status, social function and general health scored significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group, the difference were statistically significant (t=6.453, 6.504, 13.720, 11.690;P<0.05) .Conclusion:Psychological intervention can alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with radical mastectomy, which can improve their quality of life.关键词
