多孔化改性对g-C3N4/CdS复合光催化剂制备及光催化活性的影响

Abstract
Aporousmodifiedgraphite-likephasecarbonnitride(pg-C3N4)materialwaspreparedbya hightemperaturecondensationpolymerization methodusing melaminehydrochlorideasaprecursor. TheCdSnano-hollow microsphereswerepreparedbyahydrothermalmethod,andthepg-C3N4 and CdS were effectively combined by deposition method to prepare pg-C3N4/CdS composite photocatalyst.Thesamples werecharacterizedby X-raydiffraction (XRD),transmissionelectron microscopy (TEM),Fouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),ultraviolet-visiblespectroscopy (UV-Vis),fluorescencespectrum andelectrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy.Thephotocatalytic activitywasevaluatedbythephotocatalyticdegradationofdyeRhodamineB (RhB)underthevisible light,andthemechanismofphotocatalyticdegradationofRhBwasgiven.Theresultsshowthatthe porousmodificationofgraphite-likephasecarbonnitride (g-C3N4)isbeneficialtotheformationof intimateinterfacebetweenpg-C3N4 withCdS,andthenitpromotestheseparationandtransmissionof photogeneratedelectron-holeofpg-C3N4/CdS,andeffectivelyimprovesitsphotocatalyticactivityand stability.关键词
