辽宁锡伯族成人头面部体质特征
Physical characteristics of head and face of adults of Xibe ethnicity in Liaoning province

Abstract
Objective:To study the physical characteristics of head and face of Xibe adults in Liaoning province.Methods:The investigation method and judging standard were refered to "Anthropometric Methods" and correlative regulations in "Handbook of Human Body Measurement".The survey included 12 observation items,17 measuring items,12 indexes and its classification.330 Xibe adult people(male 174,female 156)were surveyed.Results:65.5% of the adult males and 79.2% of females of Xibe ethnicity in Liaoning province had eyefold of the upper eyelid.Mongoloid fold occurrence rate was 2.3% for males and 3.9% for females.The most opening height of eyeslits was moderate.Most of the eyeslit direction was exterior angle being higher than interior angle.The most nasal root height was medium-sized.Nasal profile was mostly straight.Most of the male nasal bases were horizontal and female upwarp.Maximal diameter of nostrils were oblique in most males and females.Most of the zygomatic projection was medium-sized.Most people had no beauty ditch.Most people had the normal lip.Most males had square lobe type and most females had triangular type.Adult males and females of Xibe ethnicity in Liaoning province had special round head,high head,medium head,ultra-narrow face and medium nose.Conclusion:The adult males of Liaoning Xibe and Xinjiang Xibe ethnicity have the closest head face physical features and the adult females of Liaoning Xibe ethnicity are closest to Xinjiang Xibe ethnicity in their head physical features too.关键词
