科技援疆提升新疆区域创新能力影响因素分析
Analysis on the Factors Influencing the Innovation Ability of Xinjiang Region
摘要
Abstract
Xinjiang is the core area of the economic belt of the Silk Road and the important window for China to open to the West. This paper selects the Chinese scientific and technical statistics yearbook and the second-hand data as the research data,and analyzes the influencing factors of the innovation ability in the Xinjiang region under the background of the policy of scientific and technological aid to Xinjiang by using the descriptive statistics and the AHP analytic hierarchy process. Some important factors that affect the development of Xinjiang's regional innovation ability are analyzed theoretically and empirically,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide certain guiding significance for the improvement of Xinjiang's regional innovation abili?ty,and provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the future policy of scientific aid to Xinjiang and the promotion of regional in?novation ability in Xinjiang. To achieve the transformation of science and technology aid from the government led blood transfusion to market oriented hematopoiesis.关键词
