摘要
Abstract
The unsymmetrical growth of work load has put forward higher requirements for the management of the controllers under the new situation. Evaluating the workload of the controller through the experts'subjective evaluation,then the subjective ca?pacity of the control sector is evaluated. The DORATASK method is used to evaluate the workload of radar controllers,a staffing scheme for non overload is given. The study of the relationship between the staffing status of the controller and the control work load is very important to the improvement and development of the air traffic control system.关键词
