摘要

Abstract

For the question that Hong Kong Airport where located in a special geographical environment often encounter the low-level wind shear to threat aircrafts'approaching and landing throughout the year,the article uses CFD software to have a further study about the change of wind speed near surface layer in the typical wind field. Firstly,GoodyGIS is used to to extract 20km*10km terrain data near Hong Kong Airport as the underlying terrain of numerical simulation. Secondly,a space model with a height of 2km is established by Gambit. Finally,two typical wind fields including terrain wind shear and downburst storm are simulated by Fluent. The wind speed change of four fixed height layers 200m,400m,600m and 800m near the selected airport are compared and analyzed for researching the influence of topographic factor on the formation mechanism of low-level wind shear. The research content of this article has a reference value and far-reaching significance for picking airport location and security of civil aviation flight safety in the future.
