摘要

Abstract

Frequency modulated continuous wave ranging technology have many advantages of non-contact,off rail,non co?operative target and without too much manual intervention,high measuring precision,large measuring rang,high degree of automa?tion,absolute distance measurement is widely used in aerospace,automobile and ship manufacturing,industrial inspection field. Frequency modulated continuous wave ranging in nonlinear frequency modulation is one of key factors that affect the measurement accuracy and resolution,this paper reviews frequency modulated continuous wave ranging nonlinear correction technology at China and abroad research development course,and the frequency modulated continuous wave ranging equipment development level,then the trend of technology development is analyzed.
