垂直旋转流场中单颗粒运动状态判别及受力分析
Analysis of single particle force and movement condition in vertical rotational flow field
摘要
Abstract
In this study, the motion state movement condition of and the force analysis of a single particle in a rotational flow field were studied by a series of experiments.Taking the millimeter-level particle as an examples.In the experiments, a camera was used to record the trajectories of particle in the rotational flow field to obtain the motion parameters, to analyze the variation law of trajectories of the particle in different experimental section speed and particle diameter.The formula of the particle motion state and particle trajectory is obtained with fitted tests data, then to study the force analysis is of single particle in rotational flow field.The results show that there are two main types of movement condition at equilibrium state in rotational flow field:one is not leaving the wall to remain stationary, the other is leaving the wall to keep the circular motion.The trajectory of the particles is an ellipse, and the center of the ellipse is close to the center of rotation as the speed increases, but as the particle size increases, the center of the ellipse approaches the wall.The particles are mainly subjected to centrifugal forces and rotating forces during the movement of the particles in the rotating flow field.关键词
