互联网租赁自行车用户资金规范化管理探析

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of standardized management of users' funds in the Internet rental bicycle industry, the current management status of the Internet rental bicycle industry deposit and prepayment were summarized based on the characteristics of the Internet rental bicycle deposit, and the supervision mode of the traditional traffic industry was sorted out at first. After that, it was concluded that the main problems existing in the management of users' funds of the Internet rental bicycle industry were the unclear supervision subject of users' funds, the lack of deposit and prepayment restriction clauses in user registration agreements, the lack of effective supervision by financial institutions and industry management departments, and the unclear responsibility of enterprises and third-party payment platforms through the analysis. Finally, combining with the characteristics of the Internet rental bicycle industry, policy recommendations were put forward from the following aspects: defining the responsibility subject of users' funds, establishing the checking and verifying mechanism of users' financial information, establishing the abnormal warning mechanism of users' special account for funds, establishing the returning mechanism of users' funds by the original way, and strengthening the guarantee work of local relevant laws and regulations.关键词
