护理本科生神经衰弱现状及相关因素研究
Study on the status of neurasthenia and related factors in nursing undergraduates

Abstract
Objective:To study the current status of neurasthenia and its influencing factors, in order to provide basis for improving the physical and mental health in nursing undergraduates.Methods:Questionnaire survey was conducted with stratified cluster sampling.The general situation questionnaire, Self-rating Neurasthenia Scale and Self-rating Sub-health Scale (SRSHS) were used to investigate the 2013～2016 grade nursing undergraduates of five colleges in Hunan province.Results:86.23％ of the nursing undergraduates had the tendency of neurasthenia and 8.30％ of them had neurasthenia symptoms.There were significant differences in the scores of neurasthenia between undergraduates with different genders, frequent staying up late, different breakfast times, whether they were online for 5 hand longer, different exercise times, and whether they were in sub-health status (P＜0.05).Conclusions:It is a common phenomenon that nursing undergraduates had the tendency of neurasthenia and had a high incidence of neurasthenia;Colleges should make good psychological education and pay more attention on psychological dredge.关键词
