代谢综合征病人社会支持与服药依从性的相关性研究
Study on the correlation between social support and drug compliance in patients with metabolic syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between social support and drug compliance in patients with metabolic syndrome in order to provide a new idea for improving drug compliance.Methods:A total of 140 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly selected.the social support rating scale was used to evaluate the social support, and the Morisky medication compliance scale was used to evaluate the drug compliance.Results:The total score of social support for patients with metabolic syndrome was (31.27±4.48), and the compliance score was (4.26±1.33).The social support was positively correlated with drug compliance (r=0.436, P＜0.01).Conclusions:The patients with metabolic syndrome had lower social support and drug compliance and those with higher social support have higher medication compliance.Medical staff should take measures to improve the patient′s social support.关键词
