Abstract

Objective:To understand the current situation of emotional management in undergraduate nursing students and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 300 before the practice of undergraduate nursing students were recruited form a nursing collage in Zhengzhou nursing college by convenience sampling method.They were investigated with the self-designed demographic questionnaire and the questionnaire of management ability.Results:The total of the questionnaire of management ability was (79.55±8.26).Character had an effect on emotional management ability and emotional regulation ability (P<0.05).Whether class cadres, character, the degree of social support had an effect on emotional promoting ability (P<0.05).Multiple Linear-regression analysis showed that Character, the degree of social support had an effect on emotional promoting ability (P<0.05).Conclusions:Nursing educators can carry out education activities according its influential factors to improve emotional management ability of before the practice of undergraduate students.
