Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of WeChat platform with continuous nursing for patients with MHD.Methods:103 patients with MHD were randomly divided into intervention group (n=52) and control group (n=51).Both groups received routine treatment and nursing of MHD patients in the hospital.Data were collected, evaluated, and plans were completed before the intervention.The intervention group was intervened through the WeChat platform, and the effect evaluation was carried out before the intervention, at the end of the intervention 3 months, and at the end of the 6 months, using the self-designed disease knowledge questionnaire, health-related behavior scale and liquid compliance.Results:At the end of 3 months and at the end of 6 months, the disease knowledge score, health behavior score and fluid compliance of the intervention group were significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:The WeChat platform is applied to the continuous care of MHD patients, which can significantly improve the patient′s disease knowledge level, help patients establish health-related behaviors, improve fluid compliance, and ultimately improve patients′quality of life.关键词
