Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of the Autar and Caprini deep vein thrombosis risk assessment form in the ICU.Methods:108 patients were divided into groups A, B and C by random number table method.Group A patients took conventional methods to prevent the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Patients in group B and group C were treated with Autar and Caprini deep vein thrombosis risk assessment forms for nursing intervention.After the completion of the nursing work, the nursing effect was observed and compared from the average blood flow velocity of the femoral vein, the peak velocity of blood flow and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity.Results:The average velocity of blood flow and peak velocity of blood flow in patients with group C were better than those in group A and B (P＜0.05).In the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity, the incidence of patients in group C was lower than that in group A (P＜0.017).Conclusions:Caprini deep vein thrombosis risk assessment is more suitable for the use of ICU, effectively preventing the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis in patients with lower extremities.关键词
