下肢慢性创面病人的生活质量、社会支持及其相关性研究
The status and the correlation of quality of life and social support in patients with lower extremity chronic wounds
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status and the correlation between quality of life and social support in patients with lower ex-tremity chronic wound.Methods:Two hundreds and thirty patients with lower extremity chronic wounds were recruited from 5 hospi-tals in Wuhan by convenience sampling method.The quality of life questionnaire of chronic wound and the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used for survey.Results:The total score of the quality of life in patients with lower extremities chronic wounds was 51.26±13.87, and the score of the social support was 35.77±9.16.The total score of the social support was negatively correlated with thetotal score of the quality of life.Conclusion:Patients with lower extremity chronic wounds have a lower quality of life and social sup-port, and the social support is positively correlated with quality of life.关键词
