多学科协作模式加速康复外科在肝癌病人围术期护理中的应用
The application of enhanced recovery after surgery based on multidisciplinary cooperation in perioperative nursing of patients with liver cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) based on multidisciplinary cooperationin perioperative nursing of patients with liver cancer.Methods:One hundred patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into con-trol group and observation group by random number table method, 50 cases in each.The patients in control group were treated withroutine nursing.The patients in observation group were treated with ERAS based on multidisciplinary cooperation nursing mode.Thepain level, postoperative recovery after operation and patients′satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:Compared withthe control group, the pain level in the observation group was significantly reduced at 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h after surgery.The time offirst eating, activity without bed, exhaust and defecation after operation, hospital stay were shortened, and the total hospitalization costwas reduced.The satisfaction of patients was improved (P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS based on multidisciplinary cooperation nursingmode in perioperative period can reduce pain level, promote early rehabilitation, reduce hospitalization costs, promote the satisfactionin patients with liver cancer.关键词
