肺结核病人家属心理弹性水平及其影响因素分析
Analysis of resilience and its influencing factors among family members of tuberculosis patients

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the resilience of the family members of tuberculosis and analyze the influencing factors.Methods: A total of 225 family members of tuberculosis were selected with general information questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISA), Adaptation, Partnership, Growth, Affection and Resolv (APGAR), and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS).Results: The score of resilience of the family members of tuberculosis patients was 58.63± 10.51. The family members of patients with better resilience were accounted for 10.67％, the family members of patients with poor resilience were accounted for 86.67％, and the family members of patients with poor mental resilience were accounted for 2.67％.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the patients age, family characteristics, family function, and depression were the main influencing factors of the resilience scores of the families of tuberculosis patients (P ＜ 0. 05), which could explain 39.8％ of the total variation.Conclusion: The resilience of the families of patients with tuberculosis was poor.Nurses should take individualized interventions in time to improve the level of resilience, in order to promote the recovery of patients.关键词
