同伴教育法联合移动医疗对溃疡性结肠炎病人生存质量的影响
Effect of peer education method combined with mobile medical on quality of life in patients with ulcerative colitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of peer education combined with mobile medical on the quality of life (QOL) of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of 120 hospitalized patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received traditional health education methods and telephone follow-up;the experimental group implemented peer education and combined mobile medical education methods on the basis of traditional health education methods.The score of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire (IBDQ) was compared between the two groups of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Results:After the health education, the QOL scores of the two groups of patients were improved compared with their baseline after the intervention.The IBDQ score of the observation group (199.82±20.08) points was significantly higher than that of the control group (180.68±18.92) points.The difference in IBDQ scores between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusions:Peer education method combined with mobile medical could improve the QOL of patients with ulcerative colitis.关键词
