Influencing factors of acquired pressure ulcer in surgical patients in China:a meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the influencing factors of acquired pressure ulcers in surgical patients in China using meta-analysis, and to provide the evidence-based evidence for prevention and control the acquired pressure ulcers. Methods:Investigation literature of the factors affecting the acquired pressure ulcer in Chinese surgical patients was retrieved from the Chinese biomedical literature database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP database, and Wanfang database. The fixed effect model and random effect model were used to comprehensively evaluate the intraoperative factors influencing the acquired pressure ulcers. Results:A total of 10 studies were included involving 4496 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the effective value and 95% CI of each factor were:0.83 (0.51~1.14) on fasting blood glucose, -8.39 (-14.40~-2.39) on serum total protein, 97.73 (92.45~103.01) on length of operation, 3.37 (1.83~4.91) years old on age, 1.64 (0.81~2.48) on body mass index (BMI), 23.02 (19.74~26.30) blood loss, 2.83 (1.23~6.49) on smoking history. The Braden score[-0.72 (-5.68~4.24) points]and the history of diabetes[2.96 (1.60~5.47) years] were significant in the fixed effect model, but not in the random effects model. Conclusions:The length of operation and intraoperative blood loss were important factors influencing the acquired pressure ulcers.Serum total protein, age, smoking history, BMI, and fasting blood glucose were also the influencing factors of intraoperative acquired pressure ulcers.Whether Barden score and diabetes history were the influencing factors of intraoperative acquired pressure ulcers still need further research to confirm.关键词
