优质护理干预对维持性血液透析病人负面情绪影响的研究
Effect of high-quality nursing intervention on negative emotion in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the high-quality nursing intervention on anxiety, depression, and treatment compliance in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group receivedthe routinenursing intervention, and the observation group receivedthe high-quality nursing intervention.After 6 months' continuous nursing, the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and treatment compliancebefore and after the intervention were compared.Results:After the nursing intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS, and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusions:High-quality nursing could effectively improve the anxiety and depression condition, sleep quality, and treatment compliance of maintenance hemodialysis patients.关键词
