Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of Integrated care in the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptomin postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2017, 50 patients underwent esophageal cancer three incisions in our department were selected as the control group.From April 2017 to June 2017, 50 patients underwent esophageal cancer three incision surgery were selected as the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing for reflux symptom management of postoperative esophageal cancer.The experimental group received Integrated carefor GERD on the basis of routine nursing.Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire (GerdQ), Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ), and Postoperative GERD Symptom Management Compliance Questionnaire were used 1 day before discharge among the patients, andNurse-Physician Collaboration Scale (NPCS) was used among doctors and nurses before and after the intervention. Results:The GERDQ score of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) .The scores of PSQ andPostoperative GERD Symptom Management Compliance Questionnairewere better than those of the control group (P<0.05) .The NPCS score after the intervention was better than before the intervention (P<0.05) .Conclusions:The Integrated carecould be effectively applied to the management of GERD symptoms in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer, and the Integrated care could promote mutual understanding, assistance, and collaboration between doctors and nurses, improve patient hospitalization satisfaction, and the treatment compliance of self-management.关键词
