Abstract
Objective:To investigate theapplication effect of whole-course nursing interventions in the perioperative period of patients with endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method, 51 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.During the perioperativeperiod, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received full-course nursing.The nursing effect and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were observed.The level of interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-5 (IL-5), interleukin-4 (IL-4), andinterferon-r (IFN-r) were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.08％, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (84.31％) (P<0.05) .The levels of IL-5, IL-4, and IFN-r in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .There was no significant difference in IL-2 levels between the two groups (P>0.05) .The SNOT-20 scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusions:The full-course nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with chronic sinusitis endoscopic surgery could effectively improve the nursing effect, promote the postoperative rehabilitation, and ensure a good overall effect.关键词
