基于人际关系理论的延续性护理模式在妇科恶性肿瘤病人中的应用研究
Application of continuous nursing model based on interpersonal relationship theory in patients with gynecological malignant tumors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing model based on interpersonal relationship theory in patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Methods:Atotal of 120 patients with gynecologic malignancies in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital were selected.The randomized digital table method was used to divide the patients into the observation group and the control group.The observation group received continuous nursing mode based on interpersonal relationship theory.The control group received routine nursing.After 3 months of follow-up, theVisual Analogue Scale/Score (VAS), Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI), and The World Health Organization Quality of Life [ (WHOQOL) -BREF] were used to compare the differences in pain, cancer-related fatigue, and quality of life (QOL) between the two groups.Results:Excluded 2 died and 4 lostpatients during the follow-up period, finally included 58 patients in the observation group and 56 patients in the control group.The excellent and good effect rate of pain in the observation group was 69.0％, and the proportion of no fatigue in the cancer-related fatigue score was 20.7％.The control group was 46.4％ and 5.4％, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .The QOL scores of the observation group in the self-sustaining feeling, self-health status, physiological field, psychological field, and social relationship were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusions:The continuous nursing model based on interpersonal relationship theory was feasible in the application among patients with gynecological malignant tumor, which could alleviate the pain and cancer-related fatigue of patients and effectively improve their QOL.关键词
