糖尿病胰岛素治疗病人低血糖恐惧及其应对方式的相关性研究
Correlation between hypoglycemia fear and coping mode in diabetic patients underwent insulin therapy

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between hypoglycemia fear and coping mode in diabetic patients underwent insulin therapy.Methods:One hundred and twenty-two patients with diabetes mellitus underwent insulin therapy were investigated by Chinese version of Hypoglycemia Fear Survey-Worry Scale (CHFS-WS) and Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire (MCMQ) .Results:The median score of CHFS-WS was 10.5 (interquartile range 4 to 19) in patients with diabetes mellitus underwent insulin therapy.The scores of MCMQ were (18.03±4.79) in face dimension, (16.08±2.89) in avoidance dimension, and (11.18±2.57) in yield dimension, respectively.The hypoglycemia fear score is positively correlated with the total coping mode score and the yield dimension score.Conclusion:The fear of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus underwent insulin therapy is closely related to the patient′s negative coping mode.It should pay attention to the evaluation and management of hypoglycemia fear in patients with diabetes mellitus underwent insulin therapy, and help patients adopt a more active coping style to achieve effective management of blood glucose.关键词
