宁波市养老机构养老护理员核心能力的现状调查与分析
Survey and analysis of the status quo of aged care workers' core competence in nursing home in Ningbo city

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the aged care workers' core competence in nursing home in Ningbo and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 433 aged care workers from 20 nursing homes in Ningbo were surveyed by using a self-made Geriatric Nursing Competency Inventory.Results:The total score of core competence of aged care workers was 2.096±0.706.In 7 surveyed dimensions, the dimension with highest score was interpersonal relationship, and critical thinking and scientific research ability with the lowest score.Core competence score was statistically different among aged care workers with different cultural degree, different grades of aged care workers certificate, different length of employment (P<0.05).The main factors influencing the core competence were cultural degree and grade of aged care workers certificate.Conclusions:The core competence of aged care workers in Ningbo was at the middle level.Managers can improve the social status of the aged care workers, strengthen on-the-job training, perfect the incentive mechanism, in order to improve the aged care workers' core competence.关键词
