人性化预见性护理对消化道出血病人疼痛及预后的影响
Effect of humanized predictive nursing on pain and prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of humanized predictive nursing on pain and prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 200 cases of gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing, and the patients in observation group were treated with humanized predictive nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing.After 1 month of intervention, pain, quality of life and complications were observed in both groups.Results:The pain score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05);the score of quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05);the rate of rebleeding in observation group (1.0％) was significantly lower than that in control group (12.0％) (P<0.05).Conclusions:Humanized predictive nursing for patients with gastrointestinal bleeding could effectively improve patients' pain, enhance their quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of rebleeding.关键词
