Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway applied in transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion for congenital heart disease patients.Methods:A total of 64 children with congenital heart disease were divided into control group and observation group by random methods.The children in control group were given routine clinical care.The children in observation group were given care management with clinical nursing pathway.The incidence of postoperative complications, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:The postoperative complication rate was 6.25％ in observation group, which was lower than 25.00％ in control group (P<0.05).The hospitalization time in observation group was (10.81±1.02) days, which was shorter than that in control group (16.87±1.37) days (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in observation group was (95.54±5.12), which was higher than that in control group (72.91±6.15) d (P<0.05).Conclusions:The clinical nursing pathway could be used in transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion for congenital heart disease patients to reduce postoperative complications, shorten hospitalization time and improve the nursing satisfaction.关键词
