摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of current boiler flame monitoring and flame detection system with poor image processing ability and poor real-time processing capability, a scheme of embedded flame detection system was presented.The hardware structure of the system, the circuit of each functional module and software design were introduced.Field operation results indicate that the system can detect the status under different conditions of combustion flame quickly and accurately.The system also provides a reliable early warning and fire protection output to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
