摘要

Abstract

Laser cutting quality and speed are affected by laser cutting process parameters.In order to study the influence of different laser cutting parameters on the auxiliary gas flow field, a three-dimensional symmetric impinging jet model for laser cutting plane was established.According to the compressible axisymmetric N-S equation and RNG k-epsilon onflow model, the free jet flow of a conical nozzle was numerically simulated by finite volume method for analyzing the relationship between auxiliary gas flow field dynamic performance and laser cutting parameters.The simulation results show that after choosing a reasonable inlet pressure, the auxiliary gas flow structure with good dynamic performance can be obtained by reducing the plate thickness.
